A graduate in BSc Sports Science and Exercise & Fitness (Hons) at Brunel University, Richard has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience that has enabled him to form his own effective training style. Richard is not only able to offer highly motivating, challenging sessions which are fun to do, but those which are designed whilst incorporating and combining scientific principles of training with tried and tested methods. Richard uses cutting edge research which is vital for achieving maximum results, fast.
Richard’s client list illustrates his extensive skill set, and has included: Winner of The Biggest Loser 2011 Wil Graham and also the shows Runner up Paddy Cunningham. Professional Athletes, including Heavyweight Boxer Michael Sprott (Former British, Commonwealth and Prize Fighter Champion), Felix Cash (Commonwealth and WBC Silver Middleweight Champion), Charles Frankham (Super Featherweight prospect) and Professional Footballer Adam Le Fondre (Formerly of Reading Football Club). Richard has also trained TV actresses Emma Rigby & Jemma Keys, and was also selected to work alongside celebrity trainer Richard Callender.

He has run a variety of Ultra Marathons, Spartan Challenges (OCR) and enjoys surfing, Snowboarding, Mountain Biking, Basketball, Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) of which he is a proud blue belt.

Scott has been in the industry now for well over a decade. In that time, He has worked with thousands of individuals, helping them achieve their goals. Scott firmly believes that working towards a goal shouldn’t be complicated. The journey will require hard work, consistency and willpower but the journey should also be enjoyable.
In 2019 Scott won Best Personal Trainer of the year for Virgin Active, illustrating his abilities and knowledge in helping anyone achieve their health and fitness goals.
He has a passion for fitness and a strong desire in helping people physically and mentally. If he can help his clients gain confidence alongside changing physically, Scott knows he has done his job as a personal trainer.

She is a strong believer that exercise and nutrition should be combined to create the best results and allow clients to achieve their goals in a way that is sustainable and positive.
Grace’s focus on creating a positive relationship with both food and nutrition has allowed her to turn her life around, once trapped in the depths of a severe eating disorder, she now aims to help others maintain a healthy lifestyle. She believes exercise is a great tool but should be used in a positive and sustainable way.
Grace has a passion for fitness and hopes to help people improve both their physical and mental health. She can help clients gain confidence in themselves as they develop not only their strength physically but mentally as well.
